We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Supplier Quality Engineer

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial review of PAC cases (field reports) assigned to Supplier Quality
    • Resolve data completeness and
    • accuracy issues with submitter as required
    • Directly address with suppliers those that do not require Supplier Quality Engineer involvement (replacement parts, information requests, simple issues, et
  • Escalate to assigned SQE when necessary. Support working through issue resolution and 8D
  • Collect and present data with regards to PAC cases (quantity, causes, response time, etc.) with an orientation to defining continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications we seek in you!

 

Minimum Qualification

  • Excellent English language skills
  • Engineering/technical background:
    • ability to learn basic wind turbine technology to support problem assessment and resolution
    • capable of leading 8D efforts with suppliers
  • Ability to quickly build expertise in Onshore Wind systems and processes

 

Preferred Skills

 

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
