About The Department

 

Compliance Operations was formed in August 2015. Comprising of NNI compliance, Compliance Operations India, Assurance India with major responsibility of handling compliance related activities globally and locally. The department is also responsible for safeguarding the Novo Nordisk values and license to operate. Compliance Operations India office team is responsible for tracking the payments made to Health Care Professional (HCP) and Health Care Organisations (HCO). The team is responsible for data consistency, completeness, consolidation, and reporting. The team is also supporting third party registrations, due diligence, and Business Ethics (BE) Compliance Frameworks.

 

The position

 

Evaluate and analyse data to identify problems in the internal processes, develops solutions, and makes data-driven recommendations to the client. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement. Excellent analytical skills. Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders & department. Analysing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement Responsible for the quality, maintenance, and proper documentation of Compliance processes. Presenting concepts and results at meetings. Aggregated data analysis. Process documentation and standardization. Report Operational Key KPIs.

 

Meanwhile, you must be involved in general support, day-to-day support to global organisation and support process tools and templates. We expect you to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk systems, policies and take full responsibility for development and fulfilment of Individual Development Plan (IDP). Maintain/develop relevant IT systems and financial models.

 

  • Process management & Manage all COI tasks and ensure on-time deliverables with high quality.
  • Report Operations KPI, perform trend analysis and identify improvement areas.
  • One point of contact for all sub processes in COI team.
  • Dashboard Reporting & Drive Department level initiatives.
  • Strive for Continuous improvements in the process and initiatives.

 

Qualification

 

  • Minimum of 6-7 years experience in Finance/Compliance processes.
  • Experience with SAP ERP will be an add on.
  • Extensive knowledge with MS office.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and should be eager to learn and enhance knowledge.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management experience will be an add on.
