We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support our Leaders and our team.

You’ll be part of the Global Financial Services team in the Trading Partner Finance and P2P organisation, reporting to the Global Head of P2P and Trading Partner Finance. Supporting the team on a various range of activities on our journey to become a World Class Finance Service organisation.

Job purpose

 

Our P2P organisation is an established team already operating in the GCC.

 

TPF is a team currently being built at the Haleon GCC, Bengaluru. This team will receive activities migrating from the UK.

 

Your role includes:

 

Classic admin Activities:

 

  • Support Global Head of P2P and TPF and respective leadership teams with travel arrangements, diary management and other administrative tasks – including supporting other leaders in our extended organisation
  • Manage and drive regular meetings and conferences
  • Be the coordinator and go-to person to onboard new individuals, executing the onboarding programme and facilitate access to systems.

 

Team support:

 

This is where this very versatile role requires creativity, caring for people, communication & presentation skills… and a lot of positivity and energy.

 

  • You will initially play a key part in ensuring the success of the TPF move from UK to India, supporting onboarding and building the team culture.

 

Your post-transition responsibilities will include – but non-exhaustively

 

  • a wide range of potential topic to work on
  • interact with the teams in TPF and P2P and wider GFS. You are expected to understand and cascade strategy and vision, and Haleon Culture as well as our Priorities
  • Support appropriately the TPF Governance that drives strong focus on Performance and Objectives delivery
  • Support the creation and compilation on presentations – you will need to be fluent in Power Point and other presentation & meeting tools, including but not only create content and post in Work Place, Teams, Veevox
  • Be the pillar to embedding our Culture and create team building events around our Culture – not restricted to our team
  • Be a collaborative and active team member & player in line with Haleon Culture
  • You will be expected to invest time in your own development and support a culture of development across the wider team.

This role does not have Direct Reports and teams but requires daily navigation and collaboration across a highly matrix environment.

Competency & Experience:

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in all communication tools such as Power Point, Word, Teams, Outlook and more
  • Good knowledge of Excel,
  • Project management Skills and experience
  • Experience working in Finance environment

Must Have:

 

  • At least 5 to 10 years experience, preferably in finance environment
  • Experience working in an internal environment from India
  • Managing cultural difference.
  • Working and/or living in a foreign country
