We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Business Management, Bangalore

Principal Responsibilities
  • Headcount Management – Administration around headcount and hiring approvals. Ensuring all headcount targets are understood, and actions can be taken as necessary, Including End to End tracking of the Headcount along with JML analysis.
  • Regular interaction with Central CAO and Regional CAO teams. Lead monthly / weekly review of headcount to obtain further understanding.
  • Support headcount approval process for hiring.
  • Maintain up to date accurate headcount details of the department to facilitate, forecasting and FRP.
  • Produce variance view and provide insightful commentary on headcount where appropriate
  • Monthly Reporting and follow up on Organisation Design principles including Span of Control, Layers, Recruitment, Run the Bank Headcount Models, etc.
  • Internal Governance – demonstrating good governance and control including the maintenance of OrgVue, Organisation Authority Design processes, Records Management, Business Continuity Planning, etc
  • Be able to operate in a matrix structure, with increased regulator focus and in a changing environment.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Strong background in headcount management and relevant experience.
  • Deep understanding of different aspects within a global organization and evidence of delivery in a similar global role
  • Strong relationship management with a focus on business requirements.
  • Able to work with individuals at different levels.
  • Ability to quickly understand stakeholder requirements and concerns and deliver a quality result
  • 'Can Do' attitude. Willing to turn a hand to whatever task is required and ensure attention to detail
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
