Position Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst to help us accelerate our growth and delight our customers. The Quality Assurance Analyst is a Development team member responsible for executing quality assurance testing during each sprint. The Quality Assurance Analyst will write test cases, execute testing, and report defects to other members of the Development Team for resolution. A unique testing cycle occurs in each sprint.

 

Skills And Experience Required

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills to identify test plan automation possibilities.
  • Ability to create test plans, design and maintain test environments for functional and performance testing.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, webservices, Service Oriented Architecture, APIs, API policies, proxies, Microservices etc.
  • Good understanding of standards such as XML, JSON, SOAP, WSDL etc.
  • Experience with Integration tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, WSO2, Dell Boomi etc. would be a plus
  • Experience with UI and API automated testing frameworks like Citrus.
  • Hands on experience with secure environment architecture and operations. Good understanding of security concepts like OAuth2, one way and two-way SSL etc.
  • Hands on experience with API testing tools like JUnit, MUnit, JMeter, Postman, SOAPUI, Fiddler.
  • Good understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline, working knowledge of JIRA.
  • Results oriented, product focused with excellent attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to identify required test cases and scenarios to validate software based on requirements.
  • Ability to design and code software for automated testing of applications.
