Key Responsibilities

• Overall 12+ years of experience in software product development
• Drive Requirements, Analysis, architecture, design & development using sound engineering principles adhering to standards & Product / Program requirements.
• Communicate Scope and Drive Team outcomes towards established goals. Metrics and dash board based S/W development Practices.
• Experience in leading medium to large cross functional software development agile teams to achieve business outcome within given constraints
• Experience in deploying SDLC best practices to achieve engineering goals with measurable outcomes, ability to identify & remove waste is desirable
• Experience in .Net and on React based UI Development Techniques.
• Hands on experience in developing Performant code for On Prem (Predominantly) and on Cloud.
• Should have managed one end to end development on Enterprise Scale Application
• Understanding of architecture & design principles, business requirement management will be preferred
• Should be self-motivated and able to manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Experience in People management is a must
• Hands on experience in developing systems to communicate with field devices is desirable
• Experience with Industrial Automation, OPC, Process Control would be a big Plus

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 10 to 12 Years of Experience in building enterprise scale products
• Experience in On Prem as well as Cloud Applications
