Brand Executive Job Description

We are looking for a talented candidate with 2-3 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and is someone who is diligent, organized, and not afraid to share ideas. He/she has strong communication and operational skills and brings forth a strong drive to drive ideas to execution. The ideal candidate has experience in the organisation of marketing events and has a keen interest in brand building.

The goal is to create demand for our products and drive consideration for the same within our TG along with continuously striving to build a brand that consumers love and trust.

  • Execute and ideate on efficient and intuitive marketing events based on the brief shared by internal business teams.
  • Execute advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events .
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Coordinate efficiently with the internal business teams to understand their requirements, challenges , the communication objective and devise how to meet their targets via effective marketing strategies and campaigns..
  • Liase with internal verticals like social media, content, performance and digital marketing to execute the most effective marketing campaigns across categories via powerful communication and ideas.
  • Maintain relationships with media, partners, agencies and effectively communicate the company’s objectives.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Negotiate to the best of one’s ability on the lines of finances, overall marketing objective and single minded propositions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as marketing executive for a minimum of 2-3 years
  • Good understanding of marketing campaigns and the operational force that goes behind each of them.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities including event management.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to think creatively and guide the agency according to the best insights and brand salience.
  • MBA/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
