Responsibilities

 

  • You will be in-charge of maintaining and growing a long-term partnership with our customers
  • Identify gaps in the customers’ ecommerce strategy and provide actionable solutions to the customers
  • Conduct Strategic Business reviews (MBRs and QBRs) to understand customer lifecycle
  • milestones and targets, communicate the findings and showcase ROI.
  • Hands-on business development, vendor onboarding, and account management
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business and catalog and nurture the accounts, identify appropriate business use cases that can optimize ROI for customers
  • Build value-based relationships with customers, work on retention of existing revenue as well and grow the accounts proposition
  • Explore up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and possess a strong business sense to keeping looking for opportunities to grow the accounts to set revenue targets
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all customer deliverables are managed as per expected timelines
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
  • The role would involve working during the US shifts

 

Requirements

 

 

  • Must have a Master's in Business Administration from a Premier B-school or equivalent qualification
  • Over 5 years of work experience in a high-touch Customer Success / Strategic Consulting role in a fast-paced company
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
  • Strong business acumen and passionate about Customer Success
  • Eager to learn
  • Thoughtful, curious and a problem-solver
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Macros
  • Maintains composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Should be open to aligning with the US time zone.
  • Showcases excellent verbal and written communication skills to work along with Global Customers
  • Has worked directly with large Enterprise Customers in the Americas region
