Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Account Analyst

 

Roles And Responsibilities

 

  • As part of the Go-To-Market team, work closely with the front-end teams (Sales & Data-Tech-AI Partners), Strategy team etc. to enable their sales & strategy pursuits
  • Providing actionable insights to front end teams through tracking of latest happenings / events in target accounts (existing + new) as well as industry (trends & forecasts), creation of detailed account intel packs (including business overview, financial analysis, strategic priorities / challenges, insights on captives, contract analysis etc.), research on focus areas of target executives, competition intelligence etc.
  • Mapping of Genpact’s offerings basis the themes at play in the target account, ideation with the front-end teams to surface opportunities for G
  • Active contribution in account planning by providing strategic insights forming a base for an effective account plan discussion with leadership
  • Enable vertical/sub vertical strategy creation for leaders by providing ground level intel (industry imperatives, trends & forecasts), shortlisting target accounts to go after
  • Creation of pitches & Point of Views to enable sales showcase thought leadership to target executives
  • Other strategic projects to drive G leadership’s vision across the organization
  • Assist in shaping of deals by providing deal level insights (at an industry, account, competition etc.) in live pursuit scenarios
  • Constant liaison with senior stakeholders in the organization to surface new opportunities, and shape existing deals

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute
  • Excellent secondary research skills
  • Adept at creation of client and senior stakeholder facing presentations – excellent messaging and story boarding skills required
  • Excellent MS office skills - Excel, PPT, Word
  • Proven experience in sales strategy, planning and execution. Having an understanding of the professional services market would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of databases like CapitalIQ, Factiva, Everest, NelsonHall, Gartner will be an added advantage

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Strong executive presence, ability to interact & engage in a dialogue with senior leaders
  • Experience in client-facing role and/or understanding professional services market would be an advantage
  • Positive relationship building skills
  • Proactive and Self-starter with inclination/drive towards sales
  • Must be able to work independently and collaborate efficiently across functions
  • Think strategically – should be able to understand the larger picture\
