OVERVIEW:

The Capacity & Resource Management (C&RM) Analyst at VS&Co. is responsible for analyzing and improving the utilization of technical resources that support projects and steady state operations. This role partners with multiple teams across Finance and Technology to drive financial/operational performance. The Analyst facilitates the Capacity & Resource Management process by providing visibility to Timesheet Compliance, Resource Capacity & Demand, and Forecast Accuracy. Additional responsibilities include Functional Administration of our time tracking solution (Clarity PPM) and support for PAR (Project Approval Requests), Technology Request intake and Salesforce Reporting. The Analyst directly interacts with Individual Contributors and multiple levels of leadership in Columbus, Ohio and Bangalore, India.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage basic inbound requests and questions (tier 1 support) related to Resource Management, including associate/contractor system set up, project/steady state configuration, and reports
• Create and maintain project roles, resource allocations, and timelines for new project ideas in Clarity
• Ensure Organizational Breakdown Structure is aligned with authoritative sources of the data
• Run standard reports, including time sheet conformance, capacity and demand, allocations and actuals
• Conduct base level of data validation and QA in the Clarity PPM tool and within standard reports
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve resource and technology investment data and maintenance processes
• Support training and communication of processes and reports to the Project and Resource Manager users
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• • Be a self-starter and execute with some guidance and coaching
  • Strong analytical skills/ attention to detail
  • Ability to assess patterns & themes to make recommendations on how best to assign and optimize all resources
  • Proven technical aptitude in the CA Clarity PPM software tool (or similar tools), specifically in the Resource Management module
  • Proven technical aptitude to leverage software tools for data reporting and analysis including MS Excel and Salesforce
  • Strong time management skills, including ability to manage competing priorities to achieve expected results on time
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization; ability to identify audience and flex communication style as appropriate
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of cross-functional and cross-brand teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic culture
