In this role your Key Responsibilities will be :

 

  • Scope and size ERP learning requirements for all projects and VPP’s, agree resource requirements with 3rd Party Learning Organisation and manage the 3rd Party relationship to ensure consistency and quality of resource and deliverables provided
  • Work closely with the ERP Learning Managers to support the delivery of ERP Learning strategy and /approach identify any technology-based approaches for any given ERP deployment/improvement project or BAU initiative.
  • Ensure all ERP Learning content (TEC-095-xxx) end user queries from live markets are solved, managed or triaged
  • Manage the technology toolset that is used to support training delivery (e.g. PowerBI, HTML, Excel macro building, Power Apps for Training Needs Analysis, LearnERP, completion reporting, evaluation forms, Learning Tech forms)
  • Work with Tech to ensure the ERP technical training environments are operating as designed and available during the required periods and escalate the any issues to Tech for resolution to ensure the learning environments are fit for purpose.
  • Ensure document management best-practice is applied, as curricula owner, to all end-user learning documentation, from point of creation to deployment and for maintenance of ERP Learning curricula in the LMS.
  • Ensure all ERP Learning Technology internal processes are documented, and that the documentation is updated in line with any changes.
  • Acting as an expert in learning systems and ensuring we are making best use of available technologies to enhance learning, ensuring ERP learning processes, tools and systems are up to date and aligned to company standards set by Global Learning
  • Provide day to day learning support to the CERPS and M-ERP teams and associated Business Readiness, Capability and Communications teams through delivering, updating and translating ERP learning content up to 23 languages to a global ERP user base, ensuring compliance with system access requirements.
  • Manage internal cross-functional and external or third-party relationships delivering translation, learning tools and delivery support for ERP learning content. Represent ERP Learning Technologies on the global LMS Governance Committee.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of creating and delivering SAP learning programmes, to an advanced end-user level, within multiple full lifecycle projects.
  • Deep expertise of the adult learning process and modern workplace learning approaches, including digital tools and methodologies.
  • Deep expertise of instructional design and how this can optimise the business transformation experience for ERP users.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerBI, PowerDocs
  • Experience with a variety of eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Adobe Captivate
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Deep expertise of ERP learning delivery, in a range of settings (instructor-led, remote learning, 1-2-1 coaching) including Train-the-Trainer and supporting super users in learning delivery.
  • Understands what it takes to initiate, implement and participate in a substantial organisational change initiative involving multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to plan for and manage multiple competing demands and priorities
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems
  • Proven experience in ERP learning data analysis, metrics and reporting.
  • The role also requires someone who has experience in managing 3rd party teams.
