Dear Candidate,

We have a requirement for Zonal Coordinator for Isha Foundation, work location will be Mysore Karnataka. Please find below the job roles:

• Responsible for conducting Awareness events in one or two taluk.
• Training the Awareness staff on making presentations and ensuring quality and effectiveness of the presentation
• Monitoring daily activities of the Awareness staff
• Generating reports and meeting government officials as needed
• Must be willing to travel 2 or 3 districts on requirement basis,
• Knows to read and write kannada
• Periodic monitoring and review, problem solving, escalation of issues, decision making skills

should be able to handhold staff

• Should have a car with a valid license, willing to travel across the districts assigned
• Good to have a degree in BSc Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany and Agroforestry or any other fields. Should have knowledge on Agroforestry
• Preferred area of experience in Sales and Marketing (any other experience with people mobilization or managerial roles)
