About The Job


  • This role is inclination towards marketing operations, CRM and event execution support
  • Work in close partnership with India team and core team in SG office
  • Provide implementation support for internal stakeholders across varying geographical locations – SEA and India
  • Key stakeholders include Retail Operations Team, Customer Service Team and PAM Team
  • Key external stakeholders are IR Franchise Partners
  • 80% of time to spend on Marketing Operations Initiatives Implementation (SR and IR Franchise Partners) and CRM function
  • 20% of time to support PR/ VM Function (if needed)
  • Assists in communication materials management
  • Assists in event execution (all functions)
  • Assist in franchise partner communications and Swarovski Day execution
  • Manage Local and Centrally Led Initiatives including Gifts, Events, B2B2C Collaborations and CRM Loyalty Programme
  • Supports in landlord collaborations and sponsorships
  • Management of vendors and suppliers
  • Track competitors’ marketing activities

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:


  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in Marketing/Retail will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Able to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Files
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Clear picture for career development with strong potential ambition will be a plus
